charter operator, World Airways has replaced its entire fleet of DC-10s with
McDonnell Douglas MD-11s. The airline presently has eight aircraft on inventory
(all on lease), of which two are freighter variants, one of which has been sub-leased
to Malaysia Airlines. The simple lines belies the beauty of this livery, as
we honor one of the longest surviving charter operators in North America. World
